This character is trapped in thoughts going round and round in a vicious circle. On and on they go in the same direction. These thoughts could be about the problems you have, but they can also be something more positive; such as plans that uplift you from the surface. Plans that lure you out of the fixed routines you follow in daily life.

Another interpretation of this image could be the discovery of a solution. The sudden perspective on a certain direction you should choose. Just by shifting your view up from the labyrinth you are in.
